A few days ago, during my visit at Saatchi&Saatchi in Frankfurt, my colleague Matt Peterson pointed me to this great project: Brand Tags: ”Brand Tags: A collective experiment in brand perception. All tags are generated by people like you and do not reflect the opinions of the site owner or anyone else he knows. Have fun.The basic idea of this site is that a brand exists entirely in people’s heads. Therefore, whatever it is they say a brand is, is what it is. 1.2 million + tags and counting”.
A very clever and cool idea – check it out, you will find nearly every brand – or just add one- I have tried it out with “Greenpeace” – interesting results (makes also a great wallpaper). The downside of it is that most of the tags are from the US users which you realize checking out european brands – so time to spread the word everywhere else.
